Indicative estimate. Seasonal dust deposition profile for the Zimbabwean highveld, saturating at 25% loss, with rain-washing events through the wet season and full recovery at each clean. Cleans are spaced evenly, the first at the midpoint of its interval. The machines clean dry, so no water is drawn. Every quoted site is surveyed with on-array soiling sensors first.

Choose by site, not by catalogue. The light R-Series carries up to a table by hand and works long ground-mount rows on mine and farm installations; the heavy T-Series doubles the brush and widens the path for large commercial arrays. Each comes in two widths, and all of them report to the same cleaning schedule.

R-Series

A single full-width brush lifts dust and harvest drift off the glass, on a chassis light enough for one person to carry up to a table. Built for long ground-mount rows where the machine can work a whole row before it turns. The Pro widens the path, adds the higher speed presets and takes the optional auto-path package.

T-Series

The heavy platform, sized for large commercial arrays and hard-to-reach plant areas. The chassis spreads its load across the cell field and four edge sensors stop and turn it at the end of every run. Order it with one brush roller or with two and a scraper behind them.

Deployment

From survey to
first autonomous cycle

Each stage gates the next. Nothing runs unattended until the array has been mapped and the machine has completed a supervised pass with your site team watching.

Survey

Row geometry, pitch, frame gaps and access are mapped on site. Soiling sensors log the real dust rate on your glass — not a regional average, and not a number from a brochure.

Handover & training

The machine arrives with its remote, batteries, charger, toolkit and carry pack. Your operators are trained on the controls, on battery changes, and on the safety ropes the manufacturer requires above 15 degrees of pitch.

Supervised pass

An engineer runs the full array with your operator on the remote, checking edge detection at every row end and setting the travel speed the soiling actually needs. Cleaning quality is signed off with your team.

Cleaning schedule

Passes run to your seasonal model — heavy through the dry months, light through the rains. Your operator drives the machine from the remote; the optional auto-path package plans the route itself on the units that support it.

Precision

Four sensors read the panel edge and stop the machine at the end of every row before it reaches it. Course deviation from slip or wind is corrected within seconds, so a pass holds its line down a long table.

Innovation

Cleaning runs against a measured soiling curve for your site, not a fixed calendar — heavy through the dry months, light through the rains. Where the auto-path package is fitted, one machine plans and covers up to 18,000 m² a day.

Reliability

Travel motors lock within half a second of losing power, so the machine holds position on a pitched array instead of rolling. Nothing about it depends on a network connection, which on most Zimbabwean sites is the right assumption.

Efficiency

Cleaning paths from 1.2 to 1.8 metres and cycles from three to ten hours, so the machine is sized to the row rather than the row worked around the machine.

Sustainability

A brush and a scraper, run dry: no water drawn, no detergent, no run-off to recover. The array is maintained without a crew walking on glass, which is where micro-cracks start.
